The Making of... #10

Posted by Catherine Dudley

In these short videos Steve Kohler, Hans Paul, Matt Landwehr, Adam Tiller and Derek Dumais are focusing lights for Peter Pan. It's a pretty cool process.
Good to have you home Steve!

Yep, squintingly dim! Hey, Steve...where are the matches?

I will never understand how my company became and adverb. The review (of which I still have several copies thanks to everyone who brought me one as we loaded in Cowgirls) clearly stated, "Steven Koehler's often squinting dim lighting..." No LY. I know that this misrepresentation of the phrase had been brought up many times over the years, but I want to set the record straight.

So in honer of Squinting Dim Productions, and Thrift Shop Modern Productions (Shaun Quinn), I would like to thank Roy for the many wonderful phrases he used in his many years at the Times Dispatch. The critic in my current home town, who is half blind and deaf, is great but he will never measure up to Roy Proctor in my book, a true friend of Richmond Theatre.

Sparky, I know how to find matches, and although I missed that storage move, I know hoe to use them as well. Hope to see you while I am in town.

Steve
